Electrical & Instrumentation Courses

Electrical QA/ QC & Designing

In accordance with the industry's current requirements for QA/QC courses, all engineers must have multiple skills and be specialized in at least two specific technical areas. Although engineering subjects are large and extensive, recent engineering graduates may not be able to meet current industry requirements, as noted above. To fill this gap, engineers in the new trade must be trained and certified in the Honors Certification Program and have the equivalent of an engineer with at least 3 years of active industrial experience. Today, specialty certification programs are considered a mandatory requirement in almost all sectors.

The field of quality control engineering in Electrical involves Testing, Inspecting and Designing to ensure that they comply with quality, codes and standards, and safety laws in the industry. The Electrical QA QC Certification courses from CORE TRAINING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES are designed to help equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to enhance your quality management processes and the impact you have within your organization.

An Electrical Quality Control Engineers are integral parts of the construction process in several industries; they document and analyze test results and report the findings to management. A bachelor’s degree meets minimum training and education requirements for the profession, qualified engineers may pursue a professional certification.

Each course from CORE is delivered by highly qualified tutors who are practitioners in the field and bring their own practical experiences and wealth of knowledge into the classroom. In Electrical systems, there is a huge difference in power supply based on the load consumption and for the purpose of safety and control, there are protection devices, cables, switches, junction boxes, insulations, etc. that are of different standards which satisfy the needs as per the supply and load. It is important to understand that loads vary from lightings, fans, and all the way to heavy machineries. Similarly, services provided vary from homes to industries and so do the method of wiring and standard of materials used to vary accordingly. Be a complete Electrical QC Engineer with CORE.

What you will learn

In every industry, QA/QC have a major role to develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and test on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain a high standard of quality for all processes. Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specification, quality, collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain the quality of materials. Supervise effective implementation of all tests, inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits in the process. Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance with all quality manual and procedures and collaborate and supplier to maintain the quality of all systems.
